Qualitetch completes renewals for both the AS9100 Revision D aerospace accreditation & ISO 14001:2015 Environmental standard

AS9100 is the internationally recognised quality management system for the aviation, space and defence industry and Qualitetch are the only independent photo chemical etching business within the UK to hold this standard, of which they are very proud. This certification ensures Qualitetch meet standards of excellence for world class bespoke metal component manufacture.
 
Qualitetch are also once again investing in new manufacturing technologies to ensure they can cope with their growing demand and capacity requirements, whilst maintaining great customer service. Recent acquisitions include: a NEW AgieCharmilles CUT E 350 EDM Wire Erosion machine centre, NEW volume photo etching lines & NEW artwork photo plotting to ensure they can continue to offer FREE artwork photo-tooling for both new and existing customer component parts.
 
They have also recently increased capacity within their large panel production cell, and can now offer photo etched sheets in sizes of up to 800mm x 610mm wide.
