Bangalore, India – February, 14th 2017 – At Aero India 2017, Genser Aerospace and Bristol-based Stirling Dynamics have signed a Memorandum of Agreement to continue jointly delivering aerospace technical services and control systems technology to the global aerospace industry. It is especially supportive of the Make in India initiative supported by UK Minister for Defence Procurement, Harriet Baldwin, who addressed the Make in India Conference on Monday.
Genser and Stirling will build upon their complementary engineering skill sets and geographical locations to maximise each organisation’s opportunities at home and worldwide. Both companies have been successfully collaborating since 2010 and are committed to building on their effective relationship and grow through effective representation of each organisation. The inaugural project was the joint supply and interface development for advanced active controls for a flight training simulator for NAL and since then has covered support to key development projects for each organisation.
“Together Genser and Stirling aim to provide a unique offering to the Indian Aerospace market and we are optimistic at what the future holds for both our growing and ambitious companies,” commented Andrew Pfeil, Business Development Director of Stirling Dynamics. This new agreement between Genser and Stirling will focus both on growing opportunities in the Indian market and the provision of experienced and skilled resources in support of both companies’ projects.
Arunakar Mishra, MD & CEO of Genser Aerospace, commented on the new MoA, saying: “We are delighted to solidify the continuing relationship with Stirling. Both companies are committed to providing a complete and unrivalled technical engineering service together within the Indian region.”
