Are you an Inclusive Airbus supplier?
Pride@Airbus, Airbus’ LGBT+ Employee Resource Group (ERG), is organising an event with the aim to create a community of industry leaders who can progress Inclusion & Diversity topics by sharing best practice and ideas. This event is one of the activities that contributes to the commitment Airbus made when signing up to the UN standards for treatment of LGBT+ people in the workplace.

Workshops and Discussions with Industry Peers
Local Community of Suppliers and Business Partners Invited to Pride@Airbus Event
There will be an introduction from Sue Partridge, head of Airbus Filton Site, followed by several workshops where you will be able to have round table discussions with industry peers on topics such as:
- HR (inclusive policies),
- Communications (internal and external comms, raising awareness),
- Employment Marketing,
- Media (cohesive branding for ERGs),
- Inclusion & Diversity (I&D strategies linked to LGBT+)
Finally, there will be time to network and attend further drop in discussions on specific topics.
